How it all started
At 10 years old, I had a strong passion for helping others. I created Whitney’s Wings to provide love and comfort to underprivileged kids and to encourage them to dream big. When I was younger, I was diagnosed with dyslexia, and I received support from many to help me achieve my goals. I then wanted to serve others by helping kids overcome the challenges they face.

The name of our organization comes from the idea that we believe everyone is like a bird. We all have the ability to be successful and soar through life with a purpose. But sometimes, we just need someone to believe we can and give us the little push to teach us how to fly.
​Our Mission
We are a non-profit organization that is all about connecting with the community and spreading positivity, joy, and kindness. Our goal is to help the community in any way we can. We want to provide our community with necessities and bring them joy through fun and meaningful activities, personalized gifts, and events that will help them build their support network and establish connections between the youth, teens, young adults, and parents in our community.
